Cellular Traders Policy and Rules

The  CellularTraders.com  is a B to B market place dedicated to the wholesale and retail of cellular industry. CellularTraders.com was created by retail store owner who wanted a one stop network for all the need of the store, without paying an arm and a leg. at CellularTraders.com dealers and wholesalers can post their needs or offering in an easy to use forum, we are very aggressive in marking of the site, so the more people using the site the better the deals. We are not very big one rules, just a few minor ones.
Agreement 
By membership or posting an ad or message here at the  CellularTraders.com Market you have accepted this forum's policy and rules agreement, as amended from time to time, in its entirety; and you agree to adhere strictly to the policy and rules herein.
You agree:
 That ads will be posted for member's business location of record and no other business, locations or branch. That as an forum member and user your ads or messages can be deleted if they violate the policy or rules or the spirit of the policy or rules at the sole discretion of CTF; you are solely responsible for the content of your posted ads or messages and you will conduct your business with Market users, browsers and other members in a professional and business-like manner. That you will use the Market only for its intended, defined and apparent purpose and you acknowledge that CTF is not a principal or partner in your business and does not receive compensation or participate in any way in your business activities, business decisions, industry sales, or any other activities; and you absolve, release, and hold CTF harmless from any and all losses, disputes, disagreements, under-achievement of desired or expected performance or other disappointments including revocation, suspension or cancellation or membership or member privileges.  You acknowledge and agree that the forum can, at its sole discretion and with or without cause, suspend or revoke privileges or membership for violation of forum policy or rules, or the spirit of the policy or rules in this agreement, and that any membership fees paid are non re-fundable, non-transferable. Additionally, you acknowledge that your membership or benefits will be suspended, revoked or not renewed if serious negative feedback exist at our Member Alert feature and, problems described involving another member, past member or prospective member have not been resolved to the satisfaction of complainant.

Each ad or message posting is to be specifically related to CellularTraders.com purposes: Seek, Find, Buy or Sell wireless or cellular phones, equipment, accessories and *services. 

NOT PERMITTED IN ADS OR MESSAGES: Retail, consumer or subscriber solicitations, personal ads or messages, employment messages, employee solicitations, chat, jokes, poems, folklore, forum activities, broadcasting, slander, libelous statements, general information, general solicitations or other activities described below. 

Each ad or message must have some minimum information: 

In the SUBJECT: or TITLE: field: Everything is for FOR SALE unless WTB or WTS is in the Subject (Title). A description of the item, product or service being offered or sought or the purpose of the message. Don't use WTS, FOR SALE, FS:, Want To Sell or similar. Vague or non-descriptions such as "Best Deal In Town", "Lowest Prices On The Planet", "URGENT!, URGENT!, URGENT!", FREE!, Absolutely FREE!, "Click Here" or unreasonable use of letters, characters or special characters are not permitted. No prices or contact information here please. Similar ads with duplicate words not permitted in same day.

Duplicate ads or messages.
One ad per subject, per day.  Members wanting to complain. CellularTraders.com forum postings of any kind that include labels, names and libelous words or phrased such as fraud, cheated, steal, stole, crooks, criminal, etc. are not allowed and will be deleted. Posting privileges may be immediately revoked or suspended. Any attempt to use the Market to broadcast information about disputes or any information not in keeping with our purposes will cause the posted message to be deleted. Members can post detailed information about disappointing transactions here:> http://www.cellulartraders.com/member_alert.html. CTF is not for dispute resolution. Members can only post a message or notice to our Feedback area about disappointing transaction(s) with XXXXXXX Company, address, city, state, zip. Interested parties can contact the member that posted the notice for subsequent communications. 

Daily limits on the number of postings:
Wireless or cellular phones, equipment and accessories: 

8 ads for Dealer members.

Wireless or cellular business services, other than phones, equipment and accessories:

5 daily adds.

We may delete ads or messages that don't adhere to our few rules or the purposes or spirit of the Market. We will send email first notification and request acknowledgement of our policy and rules. Second notification causes two week suspension of posting privileges. Third time can cause extended or permanent loss of posting privileges. The Market is not a forum or broadcast system. Users that violate the rules or the spirit of the rules and purposes can loose their forum privileges.
